644 SF Detached In-Law Suite (ADU)

Project Overview
This project features a 644-square-foot detached in-law suite (ADU) designed and built as a comfortable full-time residence. The goal was to create a functional, independent living space that offers the same comfort and convenience as a traditional home while fitting seamlessly into the homeowner’s property.
The completed ADU includes a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, a modern kitchen, an open-concept living room, and an unfinished utility room designed to accommodate the indoor HVAC unit, electrical panel, and water heater for easy future access and maintenance. YNC Construction managed every phase of the project from start to finish, including site preparation, foundation, framing, roofing, windows and exterior doors, siding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, interior trim, flooring, cabinet installation, bathroom finishes, and final inspections.
